Sriram N. CEO

Sriram Nallam founded Seanergy softech in 2004. A computer science graduate from Andhra university, he has around 12 years of software industry experience before starting Seanergy. He has developed breakthrough products that are presently deployed in stock exchanges around the world. Having had an experience of developing high performance and machine critical products, his entrepreneurial journey started with a 4 member team with no customer base.
A firm believer of open culture that nurtures great value, democratic management style and customer oriented team work, Seanergy under his mentorship is presently serving a vast customer base spanning across the US, UK and the Middle East. |

M.A.Waheed, President |
M.A.Waheed holds a Master Degree in Business Administration with more than 15 years of corporate sales experience in IT and Telecom Industry. He has worked with Top IT and Telecom companies like Wipro, SDG, Global Tele, Bharti and British Telecom before joining Seanergy as a Director - Sales. His last 10 years have been spent with Bharti and British telecom in the corporate sales section. His vast experience of both IT and Telecom sales puts him in different league which will help the customer to optimize and plan both on software and related IT and Telecom infrastructure. Some of the TOP customers he was associated with are HSBC, Dr Reddys, Satyam Computers, Satyam BPO, Karvy, Deloitte, ICRASAT, Novartis, Infotech Enterprises, Cordys and many more. He has worked on all the verticals from Govt, IT, Telecom, Pharma, Finance and Banking to Manufacturing. and is currently responsible for sales strategy and growth. |

Kiran Vasudeva, the back bone of Seanergy’s R&D team, is a Masters in Computer Applications. With over a decade of experience in various CMM level 5 companies, he is known for his sharp R&D skills, breaking into new technologies and providing 'solutions beyond imagination’. He has travelled across the US, UK, Middle East and Asia and has a rich exposure to customer needs across different geographies.
Soft spoken and kind hearted; he is loved by the Seanergyites. As a member of the founding team, he had been part of the Seanergy’s success story. |

Dilip, a graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University (JNTU) and a member of Seanergy’s core team, is known providing state-of-the-art solution to customers. His ability to quickly learn technology and grasp customer requirements has credited to Seanergy’s success. In his 5 years of experience with Seanergy, he has garnered immense knowledge in different verticals like automotive, Health care and e-Commerce. His extensive travelling to the US and UK has enabled him to cross the cultural chasm, which in many instances acts a stumbling block in understanding global customers.
His achievements include working on very large databases with more than 100 million records and achieving blazing speed performance. He is also known for his on-time delivery commitments. |

Ravi Boyareddy equipped with Master degree in Technology from Sri Venkateswara University joined Seanergy with an experience as a quality engineer. A blue-eyed boy among Seanergyites, he is known for his analytical skills. Popular among the customers for his high quality delivery and solution providing ability, he is also a great team player and a strict disciplinarian. His global exposure and leadership skills make him a great asset for Seanergy’s core team.

Ravi Chandra holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Nagarjuna University. Known for high delivery skills, he had been part of Seanergy's key projects for the last 4 years. He is dedicated, hard working and has a smart eye for solving problems. He has commendable ability to balance team management and customer requirements. His clientele is predominantly UK-based and their testimonial speaks for him. He has wide exposure in automotive, e-Commerce and Pharma.

Lakshmi, the second Seanergyite, holds a bachelor's degree in computers from Andhra University. Known for her strong analytical ability, she is also a 'best critic'. Right from the initial days, she had managed projects for Seanergy both onsite and offshore.
She stands as strong pillar for the company as and when needed and is a good strategist and helps the Seanergy's team to strategize future plans. |

Konark, one of the youngest and dynamic member of our core team holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU. He is conversant and has a keen ability to envisage the client's requirement through their eyes. Known for his dexterity, he had been one of the rainmaker for Seanergy for the last 5 years.
He has a diverse exposure in handling clients from various geographical regions and syncs well with their cultural and value expectations. |
