Integrated Channel Management System (ICMS) is a comprehensive channel distribution and management application designed specifically to suit the Telecom Industry.
It aims at automating entire channel operations like Distributor Sales, Installations, Customer Relationship, Work order management, Channel efficiency tracking, financials, payroll, recharge management and last but not the least, commission and bonus management of Distributors and Operators.
It is designed keeping in mind various users with varied roles and responsibilities from both the Distributor and company point of view and gives privileged access to data.

Key Features:
Work Orders Management:
The application has the unique feature of allowing the Distributors across the country to view the work orders allotted against the applications logged by them. It also has the facility to view the work orders grouped by their executives and further allow allotting the work orders to a Junior Engineer who will ultimately do the installation of the PTB.
Equipment Management and Tracking:
The application allows tracking of equipments that are coming into the Distributor premises, issuing of equipments to fulfill each work order, Equipment replacement management and tracking of equipments. At any point of time, the equipments can be tracked by Del Number, ESN Number etc.
RCV Management:
The application allows the distributors to view all the recharge vouchers purchased by them from the company and also has the facility to sell RCVs to their operators.
Above all the application is designed to allow any user to see only data and information that is specific to him there by ensuring high level of data security.
Seaenergy in association with Bamboo Soft was instrumental in developing Vitharana – an integrated channel management portal for the Access Business Unit of Tata Teleservices Ltd. This primary objective of the project was to align the channel with business and the project involved integration of the Vitharana portal with TTSL system databases like Metasov, CRM, SAP etc. During the interaction and development period we found their zeal and ability to mould our requirement into an integrated product was commendable one.
