Anchor is a web-based shipping and logistics management solution which facilitates the automation of all export and import functions for small to medium sized logistics companies. The application gives quotations based on predefined costs, handling charges and freight rates. It automates customs related documentation, financial management and billing. The product generates documents related to shipments such as the invoices, shipping bills, airway bills, house bills, bills of lading and bills of entry. The application provides nomination and shipment tracking facility for each and every shipment.
The product is suitable for multiple branches with a single database. Above all, Anchor has a comprehensive user/security management module, based on roles and responsibilities, to suit any organization.
The application enables customers to register and login through Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to know the status of their shipments, invoice/payment details and any specific information that is applicable to them, through their personalized control panel. The application allows the management team to customize its reports which are in addition to the standard reports that are a part of the product.

Key Modules:
Cost/Quote: TThis module helps users to maintain various cost components including handling charges, freight charges and destination charges. This also facilitates users to prepare quotations, track the status of the quotations etc. All available quotations can be searched, analyzed and reused. The module enables the user to derive a cost quotation from another cost/quotation.EXIM: : This module facilitates all the operational activities of a logistics company, both in air and on the sea, like handling bookings, shipment creation, completion of statutory documents and on-line filing with customs.
Finance: : In this module, all the operational and administrative transactions are handled. While the operational transactions are handled on the basis of domain requirement, the administrative transactions are handled more generically. The module makes available features like payments, receipts, invoices and statutory accounts with user level privileges.
Customer Support: This module enables customers to view their quotations, shipments progress, cargo status, invoices, payables etc. online.
